Password won't reset?

So I forgot my regular account's password (didn't play for a long time) and I've tried resetting it. Enter in my email and it says an email was sent, nothing received. Waited, tried again. Waited a few hours, tried again. Waited a day or so, tried again.

Still no email, am I missing something here?

Looking on my old posts, it says my old account is now a guest. Dunno what that means, I've tried recreating the account but it says the name is taken.
