I think it is safe to assume there is no Mafia. He ended night early because all actions were submitted yet there were no deaths. I feel it is a safe assumption. Plus, it is an interesting twist to have no mafia in a game of mafia.
Now then, only having 1 evil neutral would be wayyy to easy for town unless there were like 4 benigns, which would be ridiculously unpredictable, leading to imbalance issues so it is safe to assume there is some kind of second party evil. Something weak like a standalone cultist, maybe, or an electromaniac.
Let's, then, assume at least one Benign Neutral.
For town, I feel it is setup somewhat like this.
2 core for standard 2 citizen-type roles in all s-fms. lol
I don't think there is a Town Specialty.
Town Power feels needed.
Probably 1-2 Supports because the category carries 3 unique roles.

It's night 0 with no evidence of roles and no talking, so it's either meta or randomness.

A) Who is the type to select a random person to be arsoned? Keep them on your FOS.

B) Who views you as a threat if you were able to catch them? Keep them on your FOS.

C) Who, if they disagree with you, tends to lose the disagreement? Put them highest on your FOS.

D) Who seems scummy day 1? Add them to your FOS.

That's my opinion but I don't know the game well enough to say who'd qualify.

The thing is that in this situation we don't know if he is getting framed or if he is trying to clear himself of suspicion by sending that PM.
Most of the time you still have something else to go on about why this person is scummy/town. In this case it's pretty much nothing, especially since it's Day 1. That's my point of view. Of course, his reaction on the FoS do seem scummy, but I'm giving him the benefit of doubt.

Anyway, this is why I think the analogy fits here as opposed to others (of course, people have been lynched for less, but nobody brought Schroedinger's cat up in these situations SOOO).

I do not see a problem with b) though because the investigative role would only reveal if the result came back as something that confirms Azuriae as scum and that would be one scum less. I assume the arsonist sent the message that appears to be from him. No idea who sent the pope/yoda one. I have a theory on Azuriae's third one, but I'll need time to check that out.

The pope/yoda one was probably just fishing for a reaction.
The Arsonist one is interesting to say the least. I personally find it odd that TDL only revealed that he'd received the PM AFTER other people revealed that they somehow received it. If he was town, I would think he'd reveal the message just so we'd have information to go on. He may have intended to keep it hidden in the hopes of staying alive and not drawing attention to himself, but the arsonist sending the message to other people could have forced his hand. Just speculation though.

Roles? Hmm... Well, I had this hunch that Slaol put only town roles in the game just to troll us (I was even PMing him during night 1 as to what would happen in that case), but TDL being doused kinda gets rid of that assumption. Having arson as the only evil role makes little sense unless town has no investigative roles.
We could have a killer that was roleblocked, an unlucky MM, a cult, or a myriad of evil support.
It's too early to speculate all that much about roles imo. Anything could be true. I'm not expecting Slaol to go by any standards of balance except his own.
