Welcome to the Rebel Hideout! You have safely arrived on Cinco Island, and mixed yourself with the local populace. Now your primary goal is to recruit town members to your group in order to gather army strong enough to oppose the World Goverment. Ordinary citizens will always join you if asked directly. But local craftsmen and workers will be more difficult to presuade. You need to approach then, and then they have to decide on their own wherether to join your team or not. But even if town chooses not to join your team, they can still win with you if you help then to deal with their enemies.

Unfortunately, the World Goverment have learned about your existence on Cinco Island, and sent a Marine battleship and several agents of Cipher Pol No 9 to eliminate you. You need to convince the town to join forces against then and throw then out of the island. While everyone will agree to take down CP9 agents, not everyone might be able to directly oppose the represetatives of the world law - Marines, and they might even choose to help then instead! It all depends on the numbers of your active members. Once Rebel numbers reach 5, you will become a truly fearsome force, and you enemies will be... priobably crushed afterwards.

You have also learned about Pirates who are searching for treasure in this isalnd. You can choose to ally with Pirates instead. But if you do that, you will only be able to keep those town members that were already recruited by you - others will turn against you if they learn that you sided with Pirates. But having Pirates as possible allies can be good for you - they can kill Marines and CP9, bringing you even closer to your goal. You can also simply use then for the purpose of uniting the town.

There is one person you need to watch out for - elite Infiltrator of Cipher Pol No 9. That person can disguise himself as ordinary citizen, allowing you to approach him and falsely agree to join your team (leaning the name of person who tried to recruit him. Once the day has passed, he can get access to your hideout and and then reveal all Rebel names to his superiors. You need to avoid that scenario at all costs. You cannot find Infiltrator on your own, so you need to carefully watch your surroundings.

Even if Marines and CP9 are eliminated, your team still needs to survive until the game ends... and surviving at first will be very difficult because of your low starting numbers. Try to keep as low profile as possible, until you recruit people that can represent your team during the day.

List of team members:

Rebel Leader (Monkey D Dragon) - Eustass Kidd
Rebel Scout (Emporio Ivankov) - Whitebeard

Discuss your strategy while enemy ships are on their way! And... keep you wits about you, because players will be able to lynch during Day 1.

Well hello there.

So we have 2 accounts eh? I don't have enough browsers installed :p

I was the arsonist last time. At least now I don't have to survive to win, which is good.

We're starting at a significant disadvantage compared to the other night chat groups though. Especially because red, purple and blue have means to investigate people and communicate with each other at night.

Blue will try to set people up against us primarily, because they want to be the ones to have the town backing them. Purple will direct others against us primarily as well, because they can't openly speak up against the town and siding with blue has advantages for the town early on, so it won't be that obvious that they're scum. Red will have a pretty hard time looking innocent, though they might subtly try to nudge the town away from supporting blue.

I expect that the majority of the town will see that purple is the greatest threat to them, though, because they're in a position to control the game against town. I think it would be beneficial to us if we side against purple during the day, but without being too outspoken about it. Making a brief mention of the threat of a disguiser or blackmailer might be worth it too, to convince people that purple isn't our only target. Arguing against blue this early would be suicide, so we should avoid it.
