New roles:
Sauron is the godfather but he can't kill himself, after he has found the ring though he adds an additonal kill + 1 for every 3 mafia members dead

-invulnerable at night
-immune to detection
-immune to roleblock
-gets followed up by "mouth of sauron" - the rampaging skill if the mafia acquires the ring
Saruman acts like a cultleader, he can recruit somebody to join his cult at night, if the target is an Ork they will be notified of being converted into an Urk. An Urk keeps the abbilities of the mafia varient and looks like a member of the mafia to everybody but himself and other cultmembers.

-can recruit one person every night into his cult
-immunity prevents conversion
-turns Orcs into Urks
-has a night chat with all his cultists
-has a 1 use vest
-gets followed up by lurtz whom is a cult student
Frodo is the keeper of the ring. he has a one use vest and possesses the one ring. if he is killed it depends on whom killed him for whom gets the ring

-if golum searches frodo he gets the ring (or removes one vest charge), prevented by doc/bg
-if the mafia attacks Frodo sauron gets the ring
-if a nâzgul kills Frodo they get the ring, granting them night invulnerability (nâzguls have no night invul without the ring)
-if town lynches Frodo or Frodo dies at a Hobbit's/town killiers hands the ring will be given to sam
-if sam is dead to the ring will be given to another member of the fellowship
-IF the entire fellowship is dead the ring will go to Sauron
-IF IF even Sauron is dead the ring will go to golum
Smeagul the golum can search a player for the ring at night, he will kill anyone who holds the ring or remove night invulnerability from them, giving a possibility to retrieve the ring the following night

-wins if he obtains the one ring and keeps it for 1 day/night cycle

why exactly? he seems to have a fair shot at winning imho. he needs to get checked and seem like a save lynch to win. he also provides cover for the mob

the mayor acts like a 1 day 1 night wonder, he can get a lynch done during the day and take the bullet at night, or get another solid lynch day.

btw, feel free to suggest your own ideas and "sketches" of s-fm's your not sure about or are not planning to host yourself anyways.

maybe somebody else could do something with it ;)
