Flat out gamethrow, even directly states he is going to gamethrow and then reveals himself and other mafia members names and roles.
Player ADMITS in replay that he has done this many times before and should have alot of reports on him, he confirms himself that he has direct intent to gamethrow and no remorse is shown, he leaves after making sure his fellow mafia are lynched, presumably to go into another game.
