Everyone report in to see if any of us got jailed. I'm glad to see our jester lynch part of the plan succeeded, but the town made some progress as well. I got a bit scared there, actually..

People do suspect Ditto. I think you may have gone on a little too long with your act, Dust :p Hopefully people will forget about that slip-up on the Charizard account. Luckily, the only people who really brought it up (Togepi and Zapdos) aren't exactly trusted.

Pikachu is going to shoot someone tonight. Hopefully not one of us. I do expect at least one of us will die.. but meh. More town deaths for sure.

Analysis of roles:

Magikarp = the gunsmith, 100%
Mudkip is indeed the student and he was probably in jail last night. Either that or he's a rebel who set up a clever ploy with the jailor, but probably not.
Magmar = jailor, almost sure about this one. He is in contact with the sheriff's student, a detective who has seen me visiting Mudkip (who did not claim lured openly, but through code), possibly Mewtwo. Remember that the nurse gave him double jailings on day 1.
Tyranitar = practically confirmed investigator. There's no more room for any ghost or jester on the list, so he has no reason to lie.
And that means Togepi = Greedo

I'm sure the town knows all this too, and confirmed roles are rolling in in large numbers. I suspect that we'll lose because we won't be able to kill them quickly enough, but we can at least try to take down as many as possible with us so this won't be a complete fail :p

Magmar needs to die tonight and the jester has told us that he won't do it. I propose we send Squirtle to handle that.

Magikarp also needs to die. Those guns can't keep going to all the confirmed town. I'll shoot her myself and hope she doesn't leave her targets in her last will. If she does, I'll take the fall and you should feel free to join a lynch pile on me if it forms. They already have evidence against me anyway.

I don't think these 2 actions are up for debate, unless we can find a better target to "vigi shoot" while using our normal kill on Magikarp.. for the rest I'd like to hear your findings.

Are you sure you want to ventriloquist Eevee again? If we control Pikachu, it'll be significantly harder for them to get a lynch done, depending on the number of town deaths as a result of today's jester lynch. We might have a shot at this simply relying on lurkers that don't vote.

It's only worth ventriloquisting Eevee if we kill Mudkip and you try to make it seem as real as possible. And you'd have to come up with some interpretation of that disguiser check Eevee posted. Even though there's noone left to confirm it, if it doesn't look real they'll still know for sure you got ventriloquisted. Then one of us can do the pretend-ventriloquisted thing.

If we ventriloquist Pikachu, we can kill some other PR. Possibly Mewtwo, who supposedly has made arrangements with the jailor that he'll permablock Blastoise. Note how Magmar called him "some benign neutral?" Setting the arsonist free is good for us. Honestly, roleblockers are probably our worst nightmare after nightkills by the town.

Is the 1/8th town deaths by Death Star rounded up or down?

If it's rounded up, we have the option to double tap Luke, spend the day tomorrow a bit weaker because more town players are alive and get 2 extra kills tomorrow. Again, we'll risk having more night kills used against us as well (since we can't eliminate both the jailor and the gunsmith then)

Honestly, at this point I think being found isn't the biggest of our worries.

With a detective, an investigator, a sheriff with student and a nurse on the loose and tons of info, we'll be found in no time anyway. I think that dealing with players who have abilities to kill us or stop our kills gives us the best shot at making a comeback. Make sure they don't have any tools to stop our efforts beyond a single lynch each day. The deception game is practically over.

I think the following would be the best option for us:
Ventriloquist the mayor to limit their votes
Kill Magikarp, Magmar and Mewtwo

There's a small chance the EM will kill Magikarp tonight (his role is ideal for it), but I'm not sure if we can rely on that.

Magikarp was blatantly saying he shoved a gun up the mayor's ass last night. In addition to that, he was reaching out/showing agreement with posts I made.

Magmar asked Tyranitar if he had any interesting leads of any kind, and Tyranitar mentioned that the only important thing he had so far was that Togepi was investigator/greedo (they argued a bit later that a 2nd consigliere was also a possibility).

Mudkip claimed jailor without any evidence to support that claim. He claimed that he jailed the sheriff's student last night and asked Eevee if he could confirm it. It was hardly necessary for a jailor to claim because nobody believed Eevee anyway, so that makes Mudkip almost definitely the student.

Mudkip also didn't report getting a lured message, but almost immediately after Mudkip's first posts, Magmar comes on and states that I'm mafia. To me this implies that Magmar has a code with Mudkip and a detective who saw me visiting him. Either that or Mudkip is actually the sheriff himself and checked me, and then made that lame jailor claim to make us suspect that he is the student. Either way, Mudkip and Magmar are communicating through code and Magmar's scum suspect lists are probably a mixture of day reads and investigative roles passing him information.

Don't frame me as a town role. There's a pretty good chance Magikarp's last will is going to show that I received a gun. No amount of deframing will save me from suspicion when my gun is fired on an obvious town member, which means the action would be wasted. I probably also got checked already.

So the way I see it right now, Boba and Greedo are both revealed and are now considered fodder for us. We can't expect them to help us much longer, they both are on a time limit. I expect Boba Fett to burn tomorrow if the vote gets on him.

I also expect tomorrow to be short with Blastoise getting lynched.

Our biggest problems right now are:

-confirmed Sheriff with a student that can communicate during day, getting heals/items/NURSE!
-confirmed Mayor getting items
-jailor possibly having coded msgs being passed to him
-Magmar, who is possibly jailor, being smart
-an escort that can mess up our night actions (possibly mewtwo)
-other investigative PRs that have not claimed everything yet.

Our top priority has to be silencing Eevee and the student asap. I'm willing to be that the nurse is now injecting Eevee and thus makes him all the more dangerous. Eevee will be healed beyond our abilities tonight, so we'll try to go after the next best thing, the student. Killing Mudkip is a must tonight. Then by venting Eevee, they can't get the info, our biggest problem will be his last will, so we'll need that janitor from the grave.

Don't worry about the gunsmith yet, guns can hurt town just as much as hurt us. If they start shooting us then it's probably because we were exposed and would have been lynched anyways.

Pikachu claimed to have a vest, might be wifom, might be true.. donno.

By my count, we have 3 possible attacks tonight - 1 reg mafia kill, 1 gunsmith gun (psyduck?) and 1 sk (squirtle).

I think you overestimate town, I just read day 1, 2 and 3 and pretty much everyone is still suspected, sure we have all been suspected by someone at some point but so has everyone else. They haven't zeroed in on us yet. I also took note that squirtle might die, which is why I have him using sk kill.

Jailing Eevee = 1 night that he is not checking 2 people, with no guarentie that the jailor will be alive the next day to jail one of us. We have to get rid of this Eevee / Student eventually, and right now, the student hasn't outright claimed and will most likely not be protected, thus it's our best opportunity to hit him.

I'm just thinking of the more probable roles that will see him... detective more than anything. If det sees pichu visit mewtwo and mewtwo doesn't die, what the heck will pichu say? If mewtwo does die, same problem > why did vig kill claimed escort? If anything else, I would frame pichu as a cit visiting no one.. much easier to cover tracks.

I normally would agree with you, as I am also dead set against cheating (people hated me in fm8 for my stance), however blazer has said it is ok... and he hasn't modkilled mewtwo for the dozens of times he has broken the rules. and I'm not 100% sure he is doc, might be another role like blacksmith or Greedo if it's not Togepi.

Yeah.. but then you want to make sure eevee's information from double checks using nurse injections doesn't come out using our grave robber on Meowth. That's another 2 nights during which the entire silencing and cleaning deal can be foiled (I consider the chance of either Squirtle or Charizard dying or getting jailed in the next 2 nights fairly high) and gives him opportunity to put another 4 results on the table, for a total of 5 if you include his last night's check.

If you disregard the cleaning idea and he dies tomorrow, that's still 3 results. Why not just end it now for 1 result from last night?

I don't know about you, but in my experience killing investigative roles has priority early in the game, but the further the game progresses it becomes more and more meaningless as people can confirm themselves and use scum hunting to just point people out and lynch/kill them by process of elimination and filling in the roles list. Postponing it defeats the purpose. If you kill him night 5/6 or so you're approaching a point where any further checks hardly matter.

In my opinion we should either finish him off right now, or focus our attention elsewhere (removing harmful night actions) and let the neutrals expend their actions on him / leave him until he's just another confirmed townie of no further consequence.

The town is currently at 17 members.

Assume 2 town kills from the jester, 2 kills from us and 3 kills tomorrow.

If we ventriloquist pikachu, the town will on day 5 be at 9 votes and they'll probably need all of them to get a lynch through without help from us or the neutrals. One or two lurkers who fail to vote seals the deal.

Don't underestimate Pikachu. Remember he actually didn't want to lynch Cubone initially, he only succumbed to peer pressure after a while. He may think twice before doing so again.

Another option is to ventriloquist Tyranitar tonight and post a false result on someone to discredit him/cause confusion and give Greedo some breathing room. Tyranitar is not the most active player, and as with Gyrados and Pichu being ventriloquisted might have a side effect of him not submitting an action or forgetting to update a last will before we kill him too. (another side effect: he's not gonna get healed after posting a false result).

If we double tap Eevee, we don't only have the ventriloquist available for someone else, but we can also put our bounty on somebody else. Might want to think about who..

I'm thinking Magikarp is a very good idea, since he's easy to kill for Greedo as he's just going to visit confirmed town targets.

What's your opinion on ventriloquisting Tyranitar to further block investigation results in addition to Eevee's removal?

They're probably just left with a detective and jailor then.

Thats actually a better idea imo. And I like the idea of threatening magmar a bit with drugs

He's very consistent with both of these things, so you must copy it in each post.

Other than that, proper spelling, grammar and punctuation.

Don't post with both the Charizard and Tyranitar account at the same time, in order to avoid more slip-ups.
