Win as executioner being awarded if executioner is lynched as jester

In a game and just saw someone get the achievement for winning as an executioner even though his target was killed and was lynched as a jester. Is this intentional or a possible bug?

My first Witch win ever was rather upsetting- I was recruited to the Cult and was unaware I would get the Witch win. I was kind of dominating, which is likely why they took me. The win was had, but it was rather traumatic.
