In both replays these two are next to eachother, suggesting pre-game party, they seem to be a boyfriend and girlfriend combo where the boyfriend helps the girlfriend win, in the first replay he gets himself lynched as veteran, and confirms his teamspeak with her in dead chat, she is able to help the mafia with information that comes seemingly out of nowhere; in the second replay, at the end of the game he goes against town to give her an arsonist win, admitting it afterwards.

TLDR: Admits to skyping and gamethrowing.

how it works is whatever your ban-list is, become 2x kick-list and 4x-watchlist

you should be happy that you are on kick list and not ban list instead
