I won as witch (solo) in ranked once and I got 1.75... imo it should be a much higher value for a solo nonkilling neutral win

Most of the neutrals are around 1.25-1.75. SK is 3, MM is 3.5, Arsonist is 4. I might switch MM and Arsonist.
