The Kashmir's staff was still rapidly preparing the restaurant for the Ball. The bar was stocked with Arcadia Merlot, Red Ribbon Brandy, Lacas Scotch, Chechnya Vodka, Moonbeam Absinthe, and Fine Gin for cocktails. The underlying tension was palpable, but the party promised to release some of these stresses. Such had been the case in previous years. A fresh batch of Masks had been procured from the Surface, white rabbits and colorful birds adorned with feathers among the most popular.

Andrew Ryan looked down upon the Restaurant from the VIP suite. He had no intentions of staying for the party. Only to place an ear to the heartbeat of Rapture. He had paid a few men among the staff for their whispers. Sullivan his trusted right hand slid a pistol into its holster. His personal security had become paramount.

In a backroom closed to all ears, Peach Wilkins slipped a dancer a vial of Eve. In return she slipped him a copy of the keys to the Restaurant safe and storeroom. Catering to the social elite made the Kashmir a valuable prize. As the dancer returned to the floor, Wilkins worked on his disguise. He did not want to be recognized, not after what had happened to his former Captain.

The crowd began filtering in. A few couples at a time. Drinks were passed out, and merriment increased as inhibitions were forgotten in this moment of bliss. Little did anyone suspect the dangers to come.

The mafia might think it's worth lying about being a cit if the masons are wiped out on night 1 (an amnesiac will probably replace the first dead mafia anyway) + they've had time to discuss plans like this on night 0. You might also be a PR or neutral trying not be killed and don't mind if you waste a recruit / hope they won't recruit you.

As a revealed cit you should be as active and helpful as possible. If you lurk than you're either a very bad cit or you aren't one, so we can lynch you or get the vigi to shoot you at night.

Would be situational. If he was just random shooting, I'd give him a either a 3 - Lucky Noob. If he actually scumhunted out the 2 mafia, and the 2 innocent townies were making themselves seem really scummy, I'd give him a 5-7, depending on how the rest of the game played out.

And I'd rate him a 3... depending on which townies and which scum he killed. We have many more townies than scum at any given point and if he makes his self useful he won't be total LVP.

I'd never give him a 7 regardless of how scummy the townies made themselves. If you can't WIFOM your way through the townies scum facade then you're not MVP. It'd be a 4 at most from me.
