Is random bussing good or bad for town ?

In fact I do not know if bus invert the answers for sheriff and investigators.

If I invert A an B will the sheriff investigating A receive the answers for B ?

yes and no
you need to drive someone to prove you're not arso, and if sheriff exclaims that x is mafia and you recently drove him you should tell him that. in fact you should tell him of everyone you drove.
later on, you might swap important people with suspicious ones for epic results

Random usage of the powers of Bus Driver, Escort, Jailor, Veteran and Vigilante are ALWAYS bad for the town if you get a large enough sample of games. BUT....

Nobody cares, people want to click buttons at night, that gives them a sense that they are playing a game.
