two witches one target

I remember a game in wich i was a witch. i tried many players to control to find a killing role.
After i died i found out, that there was another witch controling the GF the full game long.
I tried to control the GF in a same round too. But it didnt work.
So the other witch controled him this night.
If 2 witches want to control same target...wich witch win? :D random?

Basically, the First Witch who witches gets the Witch.

Yes it was. But I think it is whoever has a higher number, that is said. It mentioned the lobby order but, I believe, that is just how the pattern played at that time, over a year ago.
