You can spectate him by pressing CTRL+2 during the replay. At first, he didn't seem bad, but later, once a player named Nightwing had discovered who he was, Xenocide, or Batman, was put on the podium. Once he was up, he revealed the identities of the other two Mafia.

When we asked why he did it in the Ghost chat, he merely replied that "I wanted to try it once"

tl;dr:
The Batman was found by the town sheriff, and called out all other mafia members to be lynched.
