Just started a new job and I only have a couple of hours at home every day at the moment. Fortunately I bought myself a fancy Samsung Galaxy SIII at the weekend with unlimited internet, so even if I find myself on long commutes I can still check into this game.

My thoughts on the groups and what they will do.

Purists:
They have to balance out the win condition of their alignment with the need to kill all cheaters.

Moderator (Purist):
He won't ban until the ending stages of the game and probably not before his own demise.

Skypers:
Other than in the normal SC2Mafia games, this isn't a group of friends that doesn't care about which faction is winning as long as they have their fun. They won't just go and reveal everything they know to their "buddies". The Skypers have actually their own WIFOM game of their own in that chat of theirs. I have no real idea how they will proceed to play this game.

Hacker:
As most of you know, an open roles list is super strong for town. That is why the Hacker is probably Neutral or Mafia. If he is town, he should just reveal the list. In any other case he will probably keep the information to him.

Normal Town/Mafia:
Play the game as normal. Find ways to (ab-)use cheaters/purists in their favor.

I just find the fact he posted an entire roles list very suspicious for some reason. He didn't even clarify if it was a guess or in fact the list of roles he received except with names taken out.

I assume there is at least one pourist per faction. Random excluded. So we have like 3 town purists and one in the mafia.

one in mafia and two in town. Since it would be upsetting to have the one neutral be a skyper. (btw the neutral would most logically be the role list hacker.)

I will say this again, I am not hacker. You gain nothing in WIFOMing Hacker imo. If you are Town as hacker you just play with the open roles list and watch the Mafia getting steamrolled. If you are Mafia/Neutral, you gain nothing by WIFOMing/claiming hacker. You just give the Moderator the opportunity to ban you later for a free kill on you. Though I think that the Moderator is Mafia. With so many PRs on Town's side, the Mafia might have another possible kill on their side in form of a ban.

Sorry if I've been so inactive to be considered lurking. Like I said, I've been working 10 AM to 9 PM each day. I'm off for the next 4 days after today, so I'll be able to be a lot more active then.

I believe the best thing for town to do for now is to disregard the special mechanics for the moment (not entirely, though. Keep an eye out for people buddying up/sharing opinions and assumptions, and other skyper tells) and focus on finding the mafia first.

The only feedback message anyone has received is that Damus was roleblocked? How sad. Not much info to garner from that.

Even though it says random some modification is usually made by the host to ensure a balanced game.
For example having role hacker as townie would turn this game into eden of the east with everyone role claiming and just lynching the conflicting claims.

I'm guessing we have at least one protective role - a Doctor/Medical Student sounds likely, but that's just a wild guess (that one blocked report could mean anything, if it's real).

I wouldn't put it past Bork to put an Actress in, given that he was on a team with an Actress in FMXIII. I know Bork prefers sleight of hand and paranoid scumhunting instead of power roles which have direct impacts with their night actions.

The Neutral is the biggest mystery, though a Witch is probably at the top of my list.

There's not really much of anything to go on yet in this game, especially not so far as to making a roles list that has any sort of legitimacy at all.

It'll just be a random guess, but if you want me to, I will.

Random Mafia - Grave Robber - With so many power roles in the game, Grave Robber will get a nice selection to be useful to the mafia.
Random Mafia - Consort - Again, many power roles, many useful blockings.
Random Mafia - Godfather/Mafioso/Consigliere - Someone to do the killing, or someone to figure out town roles/let the Actress know what to claim.
Random Mafia - Framer/Actress - Many random towns increases likelihood of investigative roles, increasing usefulness of Framer, and acts as mafia investigative pairing with Sheriff. Also, with so many randoms, makes it easy for an actress to get away with almost any Town PR claim.
Random Neutral - Witch/Arsonist - Either a witch to flub up all the power roles, or an Arsonist to give the town something to worry about after a slow game of only 1 KPN.
Random Town - Sheriff - One is dead already, obviously one was in the game.
Random Town - Investigator - I find the one and only one citizen thrown in to be strange, unless he's just there to act as a town investigative pairing for the Godfather, so I checked the investigative pairings, and there seems to be some odd pairings in there, like Arsonist/Armoursmith/Bodyguard/Bus Driver and Consort/Serial Killer/Escort/Doctor, and Witch being thrown in with Godfather/Cit/Jester/Vet. No reason to have odd and large pairings like that if you're not gunna have an investigator to confuse with them.
Random Town - Gunsmith/Vigilante/Jailor/Veteran - Spice up the game. Get some kills in there other than just 1 per night from the mafia. Since causes of death are hidden, there must be some killer out there other than the mafia. Otherwise we'd just know the kills are from the mafia regardless. Also, having a killer among the skypers would help them work towards killing off the purists before they kill them. Acts as town investigative pairing for Mafioso if Gunsmith/Vigilante/Jailor.
Random Town - Detective/Lookout - With so many PR's and thus so many visitors, Det and Lookout should get lots of info.
Random Town - Doctor/Med Student/Bodyguard - Surely there's atleast one role that can save others in this game. Also works as town investigative pairing for the Consort if Doctor/Med Student.
Random Town - Coroner/Mortician - Discover causes of death and Mafia's targets or clues to roles present in the game. Also provides town investigative pairing for the grave robber.
Random Town - Lookout?/Bodyguard? - Not sure about this one. Could be a different one of the secondary options of the roles above.
Citizen - Acts as counter investigative pairing for Witch and Godfather. And for laughs to see how a lone citizen acts in a game full of PR's.

Roles I think may not be present:
Jailor - No one claimed jailed.
Journalist - No one was interviewed.
Bus Driver - No one claimed bussed.
Janitor - The kill last night wasn't cleaned.
Executioner/Jester - These don't give the town something to fear other than mafia.
Serial Killer - Only 1 kill last night. Could lead to fast town failure if in the game, with 2 kills per night and only 8:5 Town:Scum ratio, with 4 scum being mafia, not to mention special mechanics of skypers that may cause town to side with mafia.
Armoursmith - May cause too few KPN if game only has 1 KPN from Mafia.

Special Mechanics:
Almost certainly there is atleast 1 skyper and atleast 1 purist within the mafia, to give them something to worry about/division between them late game to give town a chance.
It would give either the town or the mafia an unfair advantage to have the Hacker on their side, so I hope the Hacker is the neutral.
