Notes:

I just noticed that there are no guaranteed Citizens in this game, so if Bahkieh is telling the truth, then he's taking up one of the basic town slots, and there's only 2 randoms left, one basic and one advanced.
Given the fact there was a Mason Leader and he said he had no masons to start, I wouldn't be surprised if there was atleast 1 citizen, and we should be on the lookout for Cult as well.
Since there is probably no SK (unless someone comes on and says they were healed or he hit the GF/Citizen) we can probably assume that the advanced neutral would be an arsonist so that there is a killing neutral in the game.
Disguiser isn't possible, so the cleaning from last night is 100% due to a Janitor.
Creed claims roleblocked, so there's either an escort or a consort, and he's not the Janitor nor the person the mafia sent for the kill last night. Still a chance he could be the third mafia.

If neither, than Mason Leader was the equivalent of a citizen and redundant which wouldn't make sense when looking at balance unless the balance was to specifically confuse town with a useless ML which would be a little intrusive on the part of the host. The only other explanation would be if the Host randomized role selection.

Just so we can clarify, the random neutrals in this game are a basic neutral and an advanced neutral. There is no Benign Neutral random. We are speaking of how since there was a Mason Leader, and we can assume that the host wouldn't have allowed a Mason Leader with nothing to do with his recruits, there must be either a citizen or a cultist in this game. If there is a cultist, it would take up the Basic Neutral slot, and there could not be a Serial Killer, Jester, or Survivor.

Right, but establishing the level of the 'random' relative to 'balance' is virtually impossible to do and leaves are meta-analysis of a balanced build utilizing an effectively random base of assumptions.
