Hatchetman becomes the new host and Panther quits.

I have heard from several players today that Panther has done this repeatedly, this would be at least his third time doing this.

Additional Notes
Panther has not been particularly disruptive until recently. Many players have complained about his recent refusal to play if he isn't host. Doing this once in a while isn't necessarily an offense, but continually doing it with the advance threats to leave seems to be within the realms of griefing. Attempting to bully other players by holding a lobby hostage to your save is not acceptable behavior.
