Summary: Role-quitting leading into a subsequent Leave-train, obviously intentionally caused when examining the beginning of the game.
The game was VERY much impacted via the role-quit-train that ensued after a certain player did not get to use their save. Thus additional players left, 2 of the players, among 4 total, were 2 mafia members, leaving the Godfather as the single-standing mafia member starting from Day 1.
This very obviously impacted the game in a VERY significant way to anyone that actually watches the replay. Thus Mafia had no viable chance what-so-ever to achieve victory.
The very same could also be argued for the Arsonist seeing as half of the players that did leave-train were not Town. (Surprisingly)

Pokeplaya has enough of a history this year with rule breaking to warrant an actual punishment. Alucard is suspected of Bank Hacking earlier this year, and has similar stats as noted in those reports and other rule breaking history to warrant this punishment, but I suggest an SMod+ assess the bank for confirmation. This is Cthulhu's second Rolequitting offense, and third report overall.
