Hi,

So players are noticing my point bank and how it is absurd (30k+ points with ~300 games) and I have to agree. Well about a month ago there was a hacking moderator in the game (I believe his name was "unseen") that was doing ridiculous things and gave me about 23k points in total, I guess for just playing. I don't want to get banned for something I did not do. I have the replays to prove it.

So what can I do to resolve this? Thanks.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Do you happen to have a replay before your points were adjusted by the hacker? If so, please upload a copy so we can verify and then we can arrange for an in-game administrator to meet you in a game to restore your points to what they should be.

I do have replays before the incident, but I'm not sure how you would be able to see my points. How do I upload a replay?

We are able to view the points of each player in a game by looking at a replay. To upload a replay, use the "Go Advanced" mode and click on "Manage Attachments", then "Add Files", and then find the replay in question in your Starcraft Replays section. We can provide a more detailed walkthrough if that would be helpful or if you encounter difficulty.

Hopefully I did this right. "hacker1" is the game before the points were given. "hacker2" & "hacker3" is when the points were added. I played games after this incident so I don't want the legit points to be removed as well. My sc2 name is "xing" fyi.

Thanks -- we'll take a look at this as a Point Restoration request and once we confirm your pre-hacked points, can have an in-game administrator connect with you in a game to get this taken care of.

WE'RE NOT DONE YET ARROW. "added pts" is the game where you added points back. "after added pts" is the game right after "added pts". I got a "[New Player]" notification and I still couldn't see myself in "Help". Am I forever doomed?

At this point, it might be best if we delete your bank file entirely, and then start with a 'blank slate' for the point restore.
