This is like a basic thing a forum should have. They could be used to up vote and things like that in case you're going out and you need to let someone know their post is appreciated in your game. In that case you would just use your reputation points.

Or deducting reputation. That way you can down vote them, tease them, and so without having to publicly denounce their opinion.
