I'd like to add one thing : this first nightless experiment was interesting, maybe we should consider running more of those, given both town and scum only have lynches, it's a good way of learning.

I think this game would of been fine without a TPR. I realize the Godfather balances it out but the fact that you can get a confirmed town in a game this small, when scum has no kill, is town sided. Having daychat helps some for scum if used properly but having that confirmed town really makes it townsided no matter how you look at it.
I played in a game awhile ago-Nightless Venegful Mayhem. 13 players, 3 scum with daychat and a 2 shot daykill, town was all vanilla but the first townie to get lynched could enact a vengekill on anyone they wanted but it could only be used on D1. Scum won this one but the game was run in the past where town won it as well so it seemed pretty balanced. I'd consider running it here sometime in the future.
I think setup should have been randomized for 1-2 sheriffs so that town couldn't get a confirmed town so easily. That or have'n the sheriff removed.
I also hope Black Flag Nightless comes with breaks like this game. At sign deathworlds.
Completely agree with DW here going back to the discussion that was had on this very topic during BFN. In a nightless setup like BFN, the scum have a hard enough time winning as is given the high number of mislynches required / lack of any NK to thin the Town ranks. One of the only advantages that scum have in a nightless game is that the Town is essentially playing against the clock while the scum are able to coordinate realtime (given their constant scum chat). Adding breaks to give the Town time to process further greatly harms any momentum that the scum might have or pressure that the Town might feel.
Essentially, "breaks" in a nightless game are in the form of everyone not being around at the same time and people generally accepting that this is alright. In contrast, adding an actual night phase to a nightless game just doesn't work given how tough it is for scum to win already.
