In none of the games I have ever played can you ever determine whether or not a player is serious on page 1 or even day 1 to some extent unless they explicitly say so.

The only reasoning he gave in all 40 of his posts is a tone town-read on SW. His play is actively useless, and he encourages others to not take the day seriously.
