Summary
1. Choo Choo: Says 3 is Mafia because he couldn’t convert. 3 was Mafia. 3 is shot by Vigi and killed ending Mafia’s chance at winning.

Conclusion: Each of these players is guilty of Lag Cheating. Their cheating allowed both 15 (choo choo) and 14 (Someguy) to gain an unfair advantage and win as exe and cult.
