Hybrid, the more I think about it and the more he is towny: he totally wouldn't pull such a ballsy move as scum. Claiming like that was a bad move, but I don't see the scum benefits from it. Claiming Tracker as Thing is too obvious IMO.
Rachyl, because he has a reading protocol, literally. He is reading everyone, one by one, to see if they are The Thing or not. Seems genuine. Plus, I don't think a scum, especially a rather new one, would pull SO MUCH LAMIST. (LAMIST = Look At Me I'm So Town)

I don't think a new player would react like this as scum (he literally said he didn't care about being voted). So that saves him.
