Mod / Admin Abuse

This is just a heads up. It is never ok for a mod or Admin to do whatever they feel like in a game. If you feel any staff has abused their powers in game report them. They are held accountable just as players are. The staff in this game do what they do as a service to the community. They are not 'in power' over it. Myself included.

I was in a game with one of the mods, and towards the end he struck everyone with a lightning bolt and killed them. The faction that was going to win (town I think) won anyway, his lightning bolts didn't effect the end game result...but it was funny. He also changed one of the players names during setup to something trollish.

yeah like when someone talks using a colored name and white text. but the name doesn't exist in the game lol.

also by that i mean, i checked the "has joined town" names, then at day 1, beginning first day someone spoke with colored name and it looked like bold white text but i guess its just white text.

man i took a screenshot of it, steam stopped working at the time and i used the normal sc2 screenshot button and now the picture is gone.
perfect timing mr evidence.
oh wait i found it, il check the replay real quick of what it was. great now last replay is from 26th and 5th 03. man. this happend on 03/03 2015. and the replay isn't there. probably cause my pc crashed? yeah i dont have replays from yesterday either or today. guess its cause pc crashes and i lose replay.

ok so this guy has this colored name, but it was not shown in, "Has joined town" or whatever. only colored name was Me that joined into town.
then he asks for admin to change hes name. does that take away the, Has moved into town name? the screenshot was a fail showing all who joined into town thats why i was checking for replay.

That's not an admin power. Players with lots of points can do that.

Moderators and Administrators of the SC2 mafia game can and should be reported for misconduct. Aside from racial, sexist, and other verbal abuse that may occur in a normal game, you should feel as comfortable in sc2 mafia as you would at a board game at home with friends and family.
