I think she's waiting until my other sfm is finished, then she will approve/critique it.

Its cuz I already had one approved and was hosting it. She doesn't want one person having multiple setups approved at once. If you think it's OP please provide feedback to, what you would do to change it.

Yeah this isn't sign ups. Sign up aren't up yet because I'm waiting on Luna to approve. She said she would do it after Army Men was over. I sent her the PM. She's probably busy doing some work with FM13 at the moment.
