Forum heading bug

Since becoming VIP, I have been unable to access the heading at the top of the website which allows me to view statistics, members list and the wiki. When I log out, I can view the heading again, but I still can't access the wiki. Additionaly, I cannot make prefix's appear, meaning that I cannot start a thread in the bug reports section, so I'm having to make a report here
