    how in the world do i add an avatar?

    not sure where to post this so i just posted it here in General...

    i looked through the Profile tab several times and didn't find anything related to avatars. i'm probably just being derpy and missing something obvious, but help is appreciated anyway

    Hover your mouse over the Profile tab (Next to Search and My Messages) and scroll down to Forum Profile. On that page you can upload a picture in the Personalized Picture settings.

    well, i don't see that. maybe i DO have to make 10 posts, but considering this is my 9th one...
