D2: 14(ESCORT), 4(SHERIFF) and 2(DOCTOR) are dead. 5 is pardoned on trial, 1(DETECTIVE) is ventilated by marines.
N2: After GODFATHER selects 15 for killing, 8 selects 15 for saving, and converts him to the CULT as well.
D3: 11(BEGUILER) and 7(MARSHALL) are dead. Town has already lost vote majority at this point, what with 9 players of which 2 are Mafia and 4 are Cult. 3(GODFATHER) is hung.
N3: Cult converts again, but botches the save as the save target is MAFIA who quit.
D4: 12(MAFIOSO) and 5(INVESTIGATOR) are dead. WIth five votes of six living players, cult has won. They lynch the MASS MURDERER and make it official.

Was the game result altered?
Yes, a single WD spawn presciently got two cult conversions in a row, which snowballed into a win.

Additional Notes:
Because he made some later mistakes, up to and including trying to convert a MAFIA player, and the fact he hasn't gone on a spree since this report was filed near a month ago, I feel there's a reasonable chance he got exceedingly lucky.

D2: 10(CONSIGLIERE) and 13(???) are dead. NO lynch
N2: 2 swaps GF kill with the DISGUISER.
D3: 5(DISGUISER) is dead. 15(SPY) is hung.
N3: Swaps the GF kill again with WITCH.
D4: 4(WITCH) is dead. 3(GODFATHER) is hung.
N4: Bus driver swaps two people, but there's no mafia left in the game so I am unclear how influential it was.

Absolutely. Two mafia and one neutral evil were eliminated by the godfather on the first three nights, by the intervention of the BUS DRIVER.
