This individual threw the game almost immediately upon start outing the entire Triad. Upon confrontation, I asked him if he even cared that he could get permabanned and he explicitly stated he didn't care about a perma ban. Due to this, I ask you consider banning him permanently rather than a step-wise approach. This kind of player will just cause us all to waste time filing more reports on him since he voluntarily expressed a specific apathy to being banned permanently.

Normally, it would not be fair to ban a player permanently without first penalizing them the 2x then the 4x...however in this case he voluntarily and willfully confessed his indifference to a permaban, thereby making such a course of action completely legitimate and justifiable (remember when SCV voluntarily resigned his position as a mod, a volunteer action can accelerate the penalty due to the player making a voluntary resignation)
