    Win: 1-S2-1-1479412; Quo: 1-S2-1-2932383

    Account Name: Win
    Account ID: 1-S2-1-2460321
    In-Game Name: 12 - Alessandro (Dragon Head)

    Account Name: Quo
    Account ID: 1-S2-1-2932383
    In-Game Name:

    Crimes Committed: Name Abuse

    Your Account Name: Lysergic
Summary: Both players named themselves so that their names would mess with the graveyard. According to players in dead chat, they apparently do it every game. I didn't realize how the names would screw with the graveyard until one had died; when I noticed, I renamed both (though since one was already dead, the gaveyard remained screwed up).

Quo also seemed to use a lag switch after he was voted up at the end of the game.

The fact that they didn't coordinate this in-game also suggests potential Skyping/OOG communication in order to coordinate their name choices.

    ID Verification:
    Win: 1-S2-1-2460321 - Incorrect / Correct ID: 1-S2-1-1479412
    Quo: 1-S2-1-2932383 - Correct

    Players Added to Report:

    Hotkeys
    Win: Ctrl+1
    Quo: 6

    Summary
Win chooses the name "Alessandro (Dragon Head) 13 - Quo" and roles Jester in slot #12.
Quo chooses the name "Quo (Marshall) WWWWWW 5 - Alessandro" and roles Godfather in slot #13.

The names seem innocent enough at first, however the image below of the graveyard shows how it interferes with the display.
Clearly there was coordination between the two players to cause this confusion.

    Day 1
    Normal

    Night 1
    #13 takes no action.

    Day 2
#14 points out that the names will probably interfere with the graveyard.
#12 and #13 constantly spam the town chat.

    Night 2
    #13 targets #6 (survives).
#1 is killed by a Mass Murderer (Bodyguard).

    Day 3
    #11 quits.
#12 claims to be Sheriff and says #13 is the Mass Murderer.
#12 and #13 spam throughout the day.
#13 is put on trial and claims Sheriff with a LW saying #13 is the MM. It's pointed out that the Sheriff cannot detect MM in this game and is lynched (Jester) - note that #13 abstains.
Note the graveyard after #12's death... #12 appears as both players #12 and #13 due to his name.

    Night 3
    #13 targets #10.
Lysergic renames #13 to "Quo" and tries to rename #12, however cannot because already dead.
#9 commits suicide of the Jester's death (Sheriff).
#10 is killed by the Mafia (Marshall). A death note is left that appears to mimic #13's spam.
#11 kills himself from quitting (Escort).

    Day 4
    No one is lynched.

    Night 4
    #13 targets #5.
#5 is killed by the Mafia (Bodyguard).
#14 is executed in jail (Sheriff).

    Day 5
#7 is voted to trial and provides no defense. #7 is voted innocent 2-2.
#7 is put back on trial and again provides no defense, but successfully fingers the triad as 2, 8, and 13. #7 is found guilty and lynched (Witch).

    Night 5
    #13 targets #4.
#8 is killed by the Mass Murderer (Agent).
#4 is killed by the Mafia (Jailor).

    Day 6
#6 is voted to trial and claims Bodyguard with a LW. #6 is found innocent 2-2.
#2 is put on trial and claims Spy. #2 is found guilty and lynched (Framer).

    Night 6
#13 targets #3, but he survived.
    #13 is attacked and survives.

    Day 7
#13 is voted to trial and provides no defense. #13 is lynched (Godfather).

    Night 7
#3 (Mass Murderer) and #6 (Bodyguard) die in a shootout.

The game ends on Day 8 with a Town victory.

    Was the game result altered?
    No.

    Player Offenses
    Win: Name Abuse
    Quo: Name Abuse

    Previous Offenses
    Win: Lag Cheating (WLx3)
    Quo: Name Abuse (OH)

    Recommended Action
    Win: Watch List x2
    Quo: Watch List x2

    Additional Notes
I found no evidence of skyping in this game, however both players were borderline griefing with the spam... It won't be overlooked next time.

Thanks for helping to keep the game clean!
