Summary: CNNReporter expressed his intent to target me during the setup phase (In response to my lobby kicking of 2 suspected CandyCanes/Lee smurfs in a previous game). He was uncooperative and claimed no role during my Marshall lynch as Town Spy leaving me with no choice but to kill him.
He also gets the first word of the day by means of private message to me, he knew my identity even though I was under a default name and model. This coupled with the intent shown during setup phase should be enough to make the case for hacking.
I suggest these players be treated as smurfs based on the fact they joined the match with a goal in mind but neither one had a Mafia bankfile and when prompted to enter their battle.net name for the first time they both entered "asd" which is evidence they were colluding or possibly the same person.
If there are any doubts left, their in-game battle.net profiles should put them to rest.
