Right after this he quits the game and so the TRIAD have lost their administrator and are at a disadvantage. (I will INNO everyone, was administrator)
This sparks a massive leave train.

Conclusion: In the space of 10 seconds, he causes 4 other players to leave the game as well. And soon, everybody else. In my opinion, it is clear to see that he has started the leave train, whether if he intended to, I don't know.
