Summary: Both are new accounts of this annoying hacker. Both are really new accounts with ID close to each other, they join the game together.

So, the thing is that this hacker and I have a dispute and he basically kills me/gets me lynched. In this game he has MM role and sucesfully sprees at 11's house (I got bussed to 11's house as Judge and got killed by him, he KNOWS Night Actions as they are being chosen). Also, they always abstain / vote the same decision together. Obamarauder sucesfully kills Incense Master N2.

Also, the thing that for me makes sure both are the same account is that on D2 4 says "notice the slow vote on 8" and then at the start of D3 10 says "slow vote, I told you". He basically mixed his accounts and spoke with the incorrect one.
