Additional Notes:
The reported player honestly needs a slap in the face with a rulebook and I'm not afraid to suggest it. They imply that they are a donor (I do not see the ID on any of our lists, but they don't appear to be updated) and should have more lee-way when it comes to the rules. They had no intention to reach the win condition on their role card once they were out of shots and therefore I decided to mark this as Intentional Gamethrowing and added a week to the standard punishment for a first-time offense.
