This is ifail's first reported offense. I considered this possible Griefing until the point where the player refused to claim their role after being voted up. This player did investigate two players and correctly account their findings in the last will. This player was clearly trolling, the game did get ruined, and they made no public effort to reach their win condition, which why I'm putting a double whammy on this. Since the punishment for a first offense of Griefing is On Hold, I only recommend the standard Watchlist x2 for a first-time Intentional Gamethrowing.
