During Night 6 lag chat, he announced "5 is mafia". That alone is sufficient to be considered lag cheating, even if a joke. What's worse is that the offending individual was actually a Mafia member and therefore intentionally attempted to influence the game decision by redirecting attention to another player.

I dont remember the instructions for viewing lag chat msgs, hopefully you guys still have an app for that (been years since i've had to look into it).
