I am wondering about Hacker's role in this...

I thought it was an offence to pretend that you are hacking the game... and thus by saying that you can confirm that someone is "10 IS the janitor" would that not be "pretending to hack"

or...

Hacker's dialogue in this instance is too minor and too ambiguous to accuse him of pretending to hack. He says a total of 3 messages on the first day that could possibly imply he is hacking. This behavior does not continue throughout the game. It's possible he was saying "OH SHIT" "10 IS JANITOR" because he was surprised about the reveal, and then he made a lighthearted joke when he said "I CONFIRM 10". All things said and done, Hacker's actions do not count as "pretending to hack".
