Filing player reports are time consuming. This is especially true of more complicated reports, like those on suspected hackers. I believe players that make successful reports should be given points. The more severe the offense, the more points the reporter should receive (a report on a hacker, if proven as determined by the mods, should warrant more points than a successful griefing report).

I think this could also help encourage cleaning up the community a bit.

Frequent reporters who show good judgement are often considered for staff positions, as they become available. Between that and being able to enjoy a cleaner game experience, I think that is enough incentive.
