Hello i recently got a new pc and i lost all my points so it says im a new player again, is there a way to get my points back to its original state plus what i've earned so far? I REALLY WANT MY PREF NEUTRAL ROLES BACK! my ign is KIA LEADER in sc2. PLEASE HELP ME MY MAFIA FAMILY! <3

You need to provide your SC2 ID and (if possible) a replay showing how many points and what achievements you previously had.

Starcraft ID is not your name. It's your code. You can see it when you start a -Mafia- game. They look like this: 1-S2-1-#######. If you provide it, the moderators may find one of your older replays in the database and restore your points that way.

Please upload (or have Toast / Renata upload) a copy of the replay which shows your points to this thread -- i.e. any game that you were in from back then, as we can check the replay to see how many points you had. For purposes of verification, we need a copy of the Starcraft replay to process your point restore request as opposed to screenshots or videos.
