Problem with auto-kick

First im french so sorry if my english is not perfect ^^
So i have a paid account on EU server and i have do a lot of mafia game with this one
The problem it is the night they are no people for play so i go on server US
But with my new US account i get auto-kick, i have already read your informations about white list but im not sure about what i must do :X
So i hope u can welp me

Not exactly what I asked for but if your ID is correct you'll be added to the whitelist the next time the map is updated.

Your ID was tagged to the map. If you still can not get in games say so and we will have to look into it. But as long as the ID you gave us is correct then you shouldent have any issues.
