For the cult, yes. Gage ruined the cult's chances with his plays. Bullitt's inexperience also costed the Town the game, but not necessarily due to game-throwing since it seemed like he was trying to play to win.

Summary
Gage rolls sheriff, Bullitt rolls Jailor, and the game begins!

Night 1: Gage decides to check 14 while Bullitt didn't take anyone to jail (I'm assuming he's AFK during Day 1/Night 1...?) Night ends.

Day 2: 14 was executed in a jail cell and flips Executioner. 15 died visiting a vet and flips Escort. 1 was killed in the MM's spree and flips Jailor. 5 was also killed in the spree and flips Auditor. Bullitt speaks here (either he really wasn't AFK or he was and just got back even though I saw no flashing AFK message.. curious) and says the triad random is probably interrogator. When asks how he knows this he just says doc on me. 4 applies pressure on 10 for what he said earlier and asks for his role. However no one votes and the day ends with a No-Lynch.

Night 2: Bullitt decides to take 4 to jail. He asks for his role and 4 says vet. when he asks for his lw he is slow on the take and Bullitt decides to execute at the last second. Gage decides to check 7. Night ends. Gage is converted to the cult this night.

Day 3: 4 flips veteran and 12 flips Mason Leader after being eviscerated by the Mass Murderer. Gage edits his lw and puts in his N2 check that 9 is cultist. He then claims sheriff and says 9 is cult as well. 9 is voted up and basically gives no defense. He is lynched on a 2-0 Vote. He flips cultist and the day ends (This looked like bussing to me more so than Game-throwing. We'll see as the game progesses what his behaviour is like)

Night 3: Bullitt couldn't jail since there was a lynch day. Gage though, destroys the Bussing notion I originally read him for on his behaviour Day 3. He says to 6 that he *scanned him before I was culted*(Not true) and then he proceeds to write in this Last will *N3: culted by 6*. He, however, votes to convert 3 and the Night ends with him being Killed by the Mass Murderer.

Day 4: Gage flips Cultist with that incriminating LW against 6, basically sealing his fate. However, It seems like 13 (Who 6 the Witch doctor went to save) Was attacked and healed by him... but revealed he was a cultist at the same time. ((However I am still convinced Gage Game-threw since I'm sure the town would of listened to his LW eventually and he lynched 9 not to buss a teammate but to just lynch him for no reason it seems according to his reaction to 6 On Night 3)) The town while listening to the ML votes up 6. However he claims doctor and said he was the one who healed 13. However they decided they'd let the Mason Leader just purge him so he is pardoned on a 2-1 vote. They tried to start a train on 11, but it fell off and the day ends with a No-Lynch.

Night 4: Bullitt takes 11 to jail and asks for his role. 11 just says *GG obvious MM* as his defense and Bullitt executes him but 11 leaves the game anyway.

Day 5: 11 was executed and flips Mass Murderer. 6 was bludgeoned and flipped Witch doctor, ending the cults game. 2 claims his invest claim and says he hasn't checked 3 and 13. After 7 says he is the jailor that executed 14, Bullitt says he's an idiot and tries to vote him. 7 says he'd jail 3 but Bullitt takes him to jail and the day ends with a No-Lynch.

Night 5: Bullitt executes 7 on the belief that he is an interrogator (I guess? Even though 2 says he was a jailor in his LW... I'm assuming this player didn't read it and just thought he was interrogator... Or something)

Day 6: 7 flips Jailor. Bullitt says that's his bad and said he couldn't believe there was another jailor even though 2 says he already called him out as a jailor in his last will... They decide to vote up 13 even though he is a confirmed Mason Leader. He basically tries to convince him he was the Mason Leader that killed 6, and since there's not a second Mason In the graveyard he has to be innocent. However he is lynched on a 2-1 vote (Bullitt voted guilty)

Day 7: 2 immediately whispers to 10 saying 3 was a vanguard... Good move 2, good move. 3 is then immediately voted up. 3 says nothing during the defense phase but then puts his lw in afterwards. Bullitt says he believes his lw but thinks he's Triad. 3 is lynched on a 1-0 vote. He flips detective and 2 seizing victory with a solo triad win.

Conclusion: Gage basically tried to game-throw for his faction, and it ultimately ended with the cult losing horribly. Even though 6 was also founded by The ML, the fact he still put in his LW that 6 converted him and lynched 9 not to buss but just because basically spells out Intentional game-throwing in my book.
However... There's a different story to Bullitt. He basically believed 2 to be an investigator for whatever reason, and the fact 2 whispered to 10 saying 3 is a Vanguard was a smart move, since 2 never actually checked 3 all game until when it was in his favor. As for Bullitt's executions... they were a bit lackluster I'll admit. The Veteran execution because he was slow to give his last will, The Mass Murderer was good, but the Jailor execution because he doesn't read last will and went with a gut feeling on him being an interrogator (I think if he actually payed attention to the game in more detail he would of easily deduced 2 to be a Administrator) However Bullitt is new it seems and lacks experience, so he is pardoned here... Just have to learn to analyze the game more, it'll come in experience.

Thank you for the report sir! It seems like Bullitt was misguided by 2 and didn't have the experience to really figure out 2 was an admin (I'm unsure if he really read his initial LW properly or at all which shows this). However, Gage truly tried to throw for his faction here, and since this isn't his first Intentional Game-throwing report on him, I recommend putting him back on the Watch List for X4 this time.
