Let's say two busdrivers target the same person but both bus drivers switch him with a different person. Who would take priority? Would it just be random who takes priority or could a person be switched TWICE. Also what if two bus drivers swap each other with themselves? Does it mean nothing happens as they will be switched then switched again?
