Summary
Weyoun rolled Spy in this game and was killed by the Triad on Night 2. As the OP pointed out, Weyoun attempted to spam information into a lag chat screen midway through the game, and after he had died. This is clear example of lag cheating, regardless of whether the information was true or not. Given the number of times Weyoun typed the information as well, this was clearly not a mistake by him, but more of a deliberate attempt to pass along information outside of the game. A first lag cheating offense typically calls for a Watch List x 3, which is the punishment I recommend here.
