    Yo Bruno, I'mma let you finish... but this thread is bullshit without pics.

    IMG_0895.JPG ~15 months after 7 broken vertebrae, 3 broken ribs. 3 of those months I was immobile in a full body cast. Muscle atrophy was down to ~155 lbs. Then I lifted 440 lbs @ 190 lbs for 3 reps. No belt.

    It's very primal to engage in the basic movements of lifting heavy shit. Neglecting heavy shit causes sofa syndrome- kyphosis and lordosis being most common.

    Lift heavy, eat cholesterol and saturated fats -> testosterone and muscle
