Created new categories for smiley manager -- now everything is more neatly organized for convenience. Will reorganize further as i make more.

If you do not see the smiley catergory, simply go into your Settings, click on General Settings, scroll down to Miscellaneous Options, under Miscellaneous Editor Interface choose Enhanced Interface and voila, you can now see the smilies box

The word based emoticons like Town and Mafia should be similarly sized, height wise

Everything would be relatively the same.. mafia just had that lil font differential that made it larger on the M, thus making the word larger
