If that's not the case, then maybe a break is a good idea, but it would be a shame to see you leave permanently. Official Case Statement on Stealthbomber16's Rulebreaking

Cause
Stealthbomber16 discussed elements of the game outside of the official game thread.

Out of Game Communication is punishable by 7 Points Infraction and a 2 Game ban, as listed in the Forum Mafia Rules. Additionally, it may also result in replacement or modkill.

Investigation
In S-FM 153 (ongoing), Stealthbomber posted the following:

For context, "the other s-fm" refers to S-FM 152, which at the time was ongoing, and used Anonymous accounts.
I received private messages reporting and condemning this post for out of game communication. When confronted by Firebringer in the next post for this rulebreaking, Stealthbomber16 replied dismissively, and again mentioned S-FM 152.


Both hosts (Cryptonic and MattZed) offered me their opinions. This is a cut-and-dry case of Out of Game communication.

Impact
Moderate impact. Stealthbomber16's post affected other players' thoughts and actions. It also confirmed his main account's name in an anonymous game. It does not seem to have affected game outcome, however.

Special Considerations
Both hosts did not feel the post was damaging, and as such, did not punish Stealthbomber16 in their games.


Verdict
Griefing infraction for 7 points.

Two game ban has been waived. Stealthbomber16 is free to sign up for S-FM 154 and S-FM 155 if he wishes.

Victory will count as a victory on the S-FM Ladder for Stealthbomber16, but will not affect his ladder score.

MVP is unaffected. Stealthbomber16 is eligible for MVP voting and election.

Closing Comments
I do not believe that he would be in trouble if this game was not anonymous. However, that slight modification cannot excuse the fact that he did break a rule that Cryptonic listed.

And wow this is so harsh. The influence was probably minimal and correct me if I'm wrong but this game had a signup thread so anyone could see that Bomber is in that game. He didn't even claimed his fake name, he only mentioned that he is alive. Oh well, I guess we have to be careful.
