    Special Mechanics:
    One random citizen is John Connor. No one is informed except him that he is John Connor. After Judgement day he will become that role.

    Judgement Day- At end of day 3 before night begins, the bombs start dropping and the whole world changes. This causes Everyone’s roles except the terminator to change, and John Connor whose role just gets additonal powers as shown in role cards. Role list will vary depending on the amount of players alive. But the role list if no one is dead is as follows:

    In a 3/5/1 and a 2/4/1 a weighting system is used for the Human Survivor to decrease chances of Quisling but it will still be possible. Odds in this scenario are 50% Survivor, 40% Recruit, and 10% Quisling

    Has 2 vests can give out, 1 on each night.

    Can guard a player and shield them from death, this will kill the player but not the terminator.
    Terminator
    Have the ability to target and kill a player at night.
    Your goal is to kill John Conner to win.
    Scientist
    Have research options that will create items for them that can help them out in the future.
    You can create another item on Day 2 if you didn't vote.
    Ensure Judgement Day happens then win with your new role.
    Researcher
    Have research options that will create items for them that can help them out in the future.
    You can create another item on Day 2 if you didn't vote.

    Player can check a player at night to see if they are apart of Skynet or not suspicious.
    Neutrals will show not suspicious.
    Scout [Investigative]
    Check a player to see who visited them
    You can check yourself
    Surveillance Officer [Investigative]

    Check a player at night to see who they visited
    Medical Officer [Protective]
    Can heal a player at night protecting them from death
    Cannot heal themselves.

    Squad Medic [Protective]
    Guard a player at night to protect them from death
    Will kill both the player and the attacking player if target is attacked.
    If guarded player successfully he cannot be healed for that night.

    Will be given a copy of SkyNet chat with names excluded.
    Can change the skynets intended kill to be himself for one night.
    Cannot be guarded by bodyguard if uses ability to change targets, nor healed.
    Resistance Pilot [Killing]
    Uses a plane to attack a player at night killing them.
    Limited to three kills
    2 if only 2 mafia exist on judgement day.
    Resistance Soldier [Killing]
    Uses a gun to fire shots at someone at night and kill them.
    Limited to two shots plus a gun that he can give away on his death to any player.
    I shot if only 2 mafia exist on judgement day, plus the one he gives out to a player when he dies
    Terminator
    Performs the nightly kill function
    Is night immune.
    Is immune to detection from Sergeants.
    SkyNet Operative [Random]
    Can visit a player at night and make them appear as SkyNet to Sergeant.
    Is immune to detection
    Becomes terminator if Terminator dies.
    SkyNet Data Collector [Random]
    Can visit a player at night and find out who they visited and who targeted them.
    Becomes terminator if Terminator dies.
    SkyNet Virus [Random]
    Visit a player who dies at night to steal their last will and delete their role before it is shown to town following morning
    Can delete 3 roles.
    Cannot be seen by Scout
    Becomes terminator if terminator dies.
    SkyNet Manipulator [Random]
    visit a player at night and control the person they visit.
    Cannot be detected by Sergeant.
    Target knows they were manipulated.
    You can cause self targets
    Becomes terminator if terminator dies.
    Survivor [Benign]
    Has two vests that it can use to become night immune
    Quisling [Benign]
    You have no alignment but you want to join SkyNet
    If a Skynet member dies you can become a random Skynet role before night starts.
    Your role is not announced but the town is informed that someone has picked a side the following day.
    Recruit [Benign]
    You have no alignment but you want to join the resistance
    If a town member dies you can become a random town role (Not killing) before night starts.
    Your role is not announced but the town is informed that someone has picked a side the following day.

    Research Options for Scientist and Researcher:
    Spoiler : Research Options :

    • Players use night action to research an item
    • Players can get an extra research item if they didn’t vote on Day 2.
    • All of these are ITEMS, they can be given to other players at any point in the game, night or day as long as player is alive. If player dies holding the item they are given to Terminator.
    • You pick the category of item you want, the odds of getting the item is random after that.
    • You can pick the same category twice.
    • You can have multiple of same item.


    NanoTech Tracker-[Offensive]
    One time use that will follow a players actions for two nights and report it to the item holder.
    Will get nightly feedback updates as if you checked them.
    Mind Control Helmet-[Offensive]
    One time use that will control a player to target another player.
    Can use it to force a self target.
    Untested Advanced Rifle-[Offensive]
    One time use that will allow you to kill a player with a 100% certainty if successful. 50% of success and if it fails it will kill you.
    Thermal Grenade-[Offensive]
    One time grenade that attach to self, if visited by someone killing will explode and take you along with them.
    Correctional Behavior Collar-[Offensive]
    One time use that allows you to put a collar on a player stopping them from talking the next day.
    Player that has collar on can vote and unvote twice, can only say “I am a bad dog.” Once in the day chat for that day.
    Scrambler Radar-[Defensive]
    One time use that stops a player from being checked by any invest actions
    Used only on self.
    Advanced Biotic Destabilizer-[Defensive]
    One time use that will stop a player from performing night actions for a night.
    Nano Biomedicine-[Defensive]
    One time use heals player from being killed for one night. Doesn’t work if player body guarded someone.
    Cannot be used on self
    Transporter-[Defensive]
    Allows one time switch of two players. Changing the targets
    Prototype Armor-[Defensive]
    One time vest and shields a player from dying at night. Doesn’t work if player is body guarding someone.
    Satellite Network-[Power]
    Creates a network that can add players each night to post messages to
    All messages on network is posted during the day. All posted anonymously.
    Voice Changer-[Power]
    Allows you to impersonate John Connor and have 2 extra votes for next day.
    Win Conditions:
    If win conditions are met for Terminator or Town before Judgement day the game ends there.

    Pre-Judgment Day
    Terminator-Eliminate John Connor
    Town-Eliminate the Scientist & Researcher to stop Judgement day from occurring. Protect John Conner or you lose.
    Scientist & Researcher-Do not get lynched or killed before judgement day, then win with your faction after judgement day.

    Post Judgment Day
    SkyNet-Destroy the Resistance.
    Resistance-Eliminate SkyNet
    Benign-Survive to the end, or if you join a faction (Quisling/Recruit) see your team win.


    Order of Operations:
    .1 John Conner gives orders.
    .2 Quisling/Recruit joins a team
    NIGHT BEGINS
    NIGHT CHAT BEGINS/ENDS--Spy is given night chat.

    Rules of Conduct:
    1. No Out of Game Communication
    2. No editing posts
    3. 1 post per day chat minimum
    4. No videos/pictures/links
    5. Only default font, size, color. Bold/Italics, and Underline permitted. You can still quote/spoiler tags.



    Miscellaneous Information:
    • Game starts at Day 1 with no lynch. 12 hour day.
    • Days last 24 hours, nights last 24 hours.
    • Judgement day’s first night (Night 3) will last 48 hours.
    • Death Descriptions will be given.
    • Suicide is not allowed.
    • Night chat available after Judgment Day.
    • Post judgement day there is likely going to be at least 1 Cadet.

    They can't use items same night they are created, they will be informed after night is over and given the item they completed, if they are killed the terminator is given his item and informed he stole it of the dead Researcher/Scientists body.

    Items are separate actions form night actions, you can use as many items you want in a night. You can also give them to another player at any point, you will be informed who gave it to you though. So you could use it to solidify your town claim for instance by giving it to John or helping SkyNet by giving it to them.

    I've been thinking about doing some sort of game where the role list changes because of some event, i like it.

    As I added to your post, these are roles that are set to be removed in that order based on my original post.

    There is a posisble 4 deaths before judgement day begins based on this-
    Night 1 Terminator successfully kills someone
    Day 2 A player is lynched
    Night 2 Terminator successfully kills someone
    Day 3 A player is lynched.

    I am actually thinking of adding a one time hide ability for scientist/researcher so they don't get randomly offed by Terminator.
    I want to make judgement day have a huge chance of happening, not impossible to avoid though. Since obviously town has two lynches they could prevent it.

    They can become any role, excluding John Connor.

    Also, Quisling is very imba.
    If no one dies, then it's 6v4. 1 one person dies, it's 5v4. Town really stands no chance in this situation.

    Also, 2 towns are removed before 1 Mafia? If 4 people die, which they likely will, then it will be 4v3. Town loses that night unless they get successful night actions.

    How about instances of 5v4 and 4v3 a weighting system will be used to give more weight to survivor? Or just make the role confirmed survivor.

    3v6v1, then 3v5v1, then 2v5v1, then 2v4v1, then 2v4
    2v4 isn't that bad since you're not having Citizen
    Alright will do that, with added 3v5v1 and 2v4v1 uses weighting system to give smaller chance for a Quisling but is still possible.

    Hmm that might be a little to op. I might just give him that power before he reveals, after he won't have it.

    Researcher and Scientist basically can't win till after judgement day. Their goal basically is to ensure it happens then win later. I don't know what exactly you need clarifying. They can research items at night that will help them out in future.

    Nothing, towns goal isn't to kill the terminator. Their goal is to get rid of Scientist and Researcher. Game continues as if nothing happened, John Connor though is safe from an attack which helps out, but unless Terminator say killed a Scientist N1 and you lynched him day 2. Judgement day is pretty much ensured to happen.

    You forgot to color these roles.
    Is they investigatives?
    Yes, I am going to fix all the role cards. As shown in possible roles, those are investigative possibilities.

    If the Terminator dies, does a random SkyNet become Terminator or a Virus?
    If you read the role cards for all the skynet randoms it says that one of them becomes terminator. It will be assigned randomly among the two left over, unless theres only one player.

    For Spy, it would be broken if you let them into the night chat, as they will just learn who the Mafia is and easily win. Instead, consider sending a chat log at the end of the night with all names redacted. That way, you can also make it an X-use night ability.

    Can Skynet Manipulator or Mind Control Helmet cause self targets?

    Does Nanotech tracker give the information night-by-night, or all at once after the second night?

    I personally am not a fan of RNG, so you might want to consider reworking Untested Advanced Rifle.

    1) Yes, you can give one out then guard someone that night. Will edit that into setup to clarify.

    2) Yes, they can cause self targets. Will put that in the setup to clarify

    3) The feedback would be as if you checked them at night, so yes. After night is over you will get feedback.

    The Untested Advanced Rifle is supposed to be used in emergencies only, sort of like strategy kind of play. For possible clutch kill to win the game if your team is behind.

    With this being my next hosted game, and with recent events of my last game. One small change I made was adding a citizen like role to the "Post Judgement Day" list.

    Recruit-
    No night abilities.

    It will be under: Killing, Investigator, Protection.

    It will have lower chance of other roles, but I will not tell you exact chances of role being for each category.

    The game can end night 1.

    Spy would be a lot of work to keep in the game. With this in mind, I'd consider reworking or even removing it.

    1) Unfortunately yes, this is to give Terminator reasonable chance of winning. He has two NK to get his intended target. The protector can basically guard two players unless protector does bad and or Terminator gets lucky. I think it should be fine.

    2) Stays in, I can make it work fine.

    3)I have yet to see a S-FM dead chat, but I am willing to add it for players if they request it.

    I read it through a few times and nothing really irked me.

    Fair warning though. Because it's intended, if the game does end prematurely with John Connor's death, there will be no remakes.
