Summary: This has happened at least 10 times over the past week, we wait 10-20 minutes for the game to fill. GoatseCraft quickly joins and leaves lobby so he can not be kicked and then once the game starts he starts spamming that he is a MOD and that the game is ending to quit. Then he quits and people following making the games unplayable.

Crimes: Impersonating a MOD, wasting members games and making the game unplayable.

Goatse has been very destructful lately... he is already suggested for a x6 Ban List.
Don't know if we should bump that up higher or just perma ban him.

Once the chat opens up for player use the Accused starts off by claiming to be a mod. Afterwards he spams that the game lobby has been closed/is over and requests/demands that players leave immediately. He continues to spam this a few more times before inevitably leaving the lobby which thus causes a leave train.

Unfortunately we are starting out with a negative outlook on the accused behavior choices and the replay provided to us only makes the outlook worsen. I can't think of a reason to excuse this behavior and my hand is forced to suggest this player gets an upgraded banlisting if not a permaban. It's clear his train of game ruining is not yet over.
