Lateral Thinking Puzzle #3 - THE SKY IS FALLING!! (Solved)

    Rules:

Okay, so these things are little riddles called "lateral thinking puzzles"!! They suggest situations that sound really weird, but make so much more sense once you explain them. Yes, YOU!!!! Your job in this fun little thread is to solve the riddle... and you have as many guesses as you like!!!

If you were just guessing, though, we'd probably be here all day. So, you can also ask an unlimited number of yes or no questions! I will answer everypony's questions with "yes", "no", or "irrelevant", irrelevant as in you're asking something that just has nothing to do with the answer, silly!

If nopony gets the answer for a while, I'll give you all a hint! I usually have at least a couple of juicy hints for every riddle, so feel free to ask for one if you're collectively stumped!

Be careful, though! These questions can be really tricky, and you often have to take a step to the side in your assumptions to set your hooves back on the right path. You gotta think laterally!

    The Puzzle:

The sun usually rises at 6:00 A.M where Twillight Sparkle lives. Today on October 31, 2011 the sun rose at 12:00 P.M(Noon).

    How does this happen?

The sun didn't want to see Twilight Faggle's face, so it hid as long as it could.

Twilight the retard set the clock ahead 6 hours on accident, thus only thinking it rose at 12:00. Damn ponies got so many rainbows flying up their asses they can't think straight.

As a prank, Gaybow Ass (Rainbow Dash) set Twilight Faggle's clock forward 6 hours thus making Twilight Faggle late for everything.

I give the ponyfags those names because they are gay, and must have gay names. Although their names are gay enough, I feel I must make it apparent how gay they really are.

    Here's a hint:

There was a shift in the moon.

God, this one is driving me crazy, I really wish someone could just step in and snipe the answer.

In the meantime though, I guess I'll continue asking questions:

    1) When you say there was a shift in the moon do you mean:

    a) Literally?
    b) Someone shifted something during the moon (night)?
    c) Was the moon's orbit shifted?

    2) Since location is irrelevant, and her forgetting to set her clock was close, I might as well clarify:
    a) The clock isn't digital, right?
    b) It's not a sundial either, right?

    3) Can we assume that other people in the area also read their clocks as noon at the time the sun rose? Or was this localized to only Twilight Sparkle?

Even with all of these questions answered, I fear I will simply have no idea on this one.

You said I was getting warmer when I guessed that Twilight only read the clock to say 12:00 when it was actually 6:00, because he was a retard due to all the rainbows flying up his ass.

So what if Dark.Revenant himself became a communist, and stuck his dick straight up Fuhrer Ming's ass?

Since you didn't really answer, allow me to rephrase:

Would someone else in the same area as Twilight Sparkle have seen the sunrise come up at 12:00 noon on their clock, assuming that they did have one?

Oh, please stop saying such hurtful names! Not only are you being insensitive and making fun of my friends, you're also saying that homosexuality is a bad thing. You're being totally intolerant and hurting people!

Hurting people is bad, so can you please stop?

If you're okay with that, I mean. Please?

As for the puzzle, Everybody keeps talking about the clock. The clock probably has nothing to do with the question, and it is simply a matter of fact that the sun came up late. This puzzle is very hard, though, and my idea has already been proven wrong...

Was it a source of falsified information, or did the sun ACTUALLY rise at 12:00.

Re: Lateral Thinking Puzzle #3 - THE SKY IS FALLING!!

    1. Was the moon blocking the sun?
    2. Was the sun at the same relative angle to Twilight at 6 am compared to the previous day?
    3. Was the moon closer to Twilight?
If yes's, was the moon somehow shifted closer to Earth, making it block out a larger part of the sky (and the sun "rose" out of the moon)?
