How do i get a warning level?

I think i've been an ass a lot of times and i still can't have my original shiny warning level.
Any advice from people with the right experience?

I was joking when I said 50%, btw. Pretty sure the maximum anyone can give is 20%, which is still green.

Rev can give any amount of warning he wants.
the maximum a moderator can lower is 20%, not sure about the increase, likely 20 as well.
